Assignment Form

To submit an assignment, please use one of the following options convenient to you

(1) Fill out the Assignment Form

(2) Email your request and relevant documents to projects@premacg.com or

(3) Call us at 866-33-PREMA (77362) Ext. 802

Upon submission of the form, you will receive an

(1) Automated email confirming the form submission and

(2) Assignment acceptance email within 4 regular business hours [Monday through Friday (8am - 5pm EST)]

Upon assignment acceptance, our Project Support Specialist will assign the right expert to your project and schedule a site visit (necessary for most projects). We aim to provide status updates as the project progresses and the engineering report within 10 business days (for our standard projects).
