Upon submission of the form, you will receive an: (1) Automated email confirming the form submission; and (2) Assignment acceptance email within 4 regular business hours [Monday through Friday (8am - 5pm EST).

Upon assignment acceptance, our Project Support Specialist will assign the right expert to your project and schedule a site visit (necessary for most projects). We aim to provide status updates as the project progresses and the engineering report within 10 business days (for our standard projects).
